Elke Dunlop's involvement in movement education spans more than 25 years and includes teaching at Toi Whakaari (NZ Drama School) and the NZ School of Music for many years. She has a busy private Feldenkrais clinic in Wellington and has been working with members of the NZSQ since 2002. The Feldenkrais Method of "Awareness through Movement" allows people from all walks of life to fine tune the most sophisticated "instrument" - themselves.
Some of the themes explored will be: - Prevention of overuse through the aid of self help - Discovery of new options of movements and therefore expanding self image - Reducing aches, pains and stress - Improving inner communication

Students of the Adam Summer School will benefit from expert instruction on the Feldenkrais Method by Elke Dunlop (MNZFG Dip IYTA).
Elke Dunlop's involvement in movement education spans more than 25 years and includes teaching at Toi Whakaari (NZ Drama School) and the NZ School of Music for many years. She has a busy private Feldenkrais clinic in Wellington and has been working with members of the NZSQ since 2002. The Feldenkrais Method of "Awareness through Movement" allows people from all walks of life to fine tune the most sophisticated "instrument" - themselves.
Some of the themes explored will be: - Prevention of overuse through the aid of self help - Discovery of new options of movements and therefore expanding self image - Reducing aches, pains and stress - Improving inner communication

Students of the Adam Summer School will benefit from expert instruction on the Feldenkrais Method by Elke Dunlop (MNZFG Dip IYTA).
Elke Dunlop's involvement in movement education spans more than 25 years and includes teaching at Toi Whakaari (NZ Drama School) and the NZ School of Music for many years. She has a busy private Feldenkrais clinic in Wellington and has been working with members of the NZSQ since 2002. The Feldenkrais Method of "Awareness through Movement" allows people from all walks of life to fine tune the most sophisticated "instrument" - themselves.
Some of the themes explored will be: - Prevention of overuse through the aid of self help - Discovery of new options of movements and therefore expanding self image - Reducing aches, pains and stress - Improving inner communication
